The garage features 15' of space for an ATV or a few dirt bikes. There are also plenty of windows which allows for natural lighting. Once your gear is unloaded then easily set up the Happi-Jac rollover sofas for additional seating for family and friends. Above the sofas there is an optional top bunk. There is another overhead bed plus this area has been prepped for a washer and dryer so now you can keep up with your laundry instead of going home with dirty clothes. The garage is also TV prepped for your enjoyment. A half bathroom is also located off the garage. Here you will find a toilet and sink. You will also like the convenience of the aluminum quad entry steps which gives you easy access into the garage without walking all through this fifth wheel. When you are ready to sit and relax, then grab a chair and enjoy the rear patio.

The combined kitchen and living area feature dual opposing slide outs. Along the roadside the slide out features a three-burner range, overhead microwave, and a 20cu. ft. refrigerator. Along the interior wall there is a nice size pantry for your canned goods, and the outer wall of the half bathroom features the entertainment center with a LED TV and a fireplace below. The slide out along the door side features a 4-seat sofa or you can choose optional sofa recliners and a dinette. Along the interior wall there is a hutch and overhead cabinet. The island features a large sink plus a fold-up counter top and two bar stools.

Head up the stairs to the bathroom and bedroom area. In the bathroom you will find a shower with a flip up seat. There is also a skylight above the shower which allows for natural lighting. The bathroom also has a linen cabinet, sink, overhead cabinet, and a toilet.

In the front room you will find a queen or optional king bed on a slide out with a dresser across the room. There is also a roomy closet so nothing is left behind! The bedroom has also been prepped for washer and dryer, if you choose to add that.
